Choose a time period that will be challenging but not impossible and unplug. Step away from the computer for <time chosen> and do something else. There is a lot of advise on how to unplug from technology. Just notice how easy or difficult you find it, find ways to make choices today that value both stillness and movement. Slowing down digital consumption can be simple, just unplug.
