Today read a TED blog titled: How do you find stillness? You might find some ideas to incorporate into your own routines. Be aware that one of the respondents to this survey said: “I don´t bring stillness to my life, because there will be plenty of time for stillness after death, when there is nothing else to do.” Perhaps some respondents lacked understanding about the need for stillness in movement to find well being in life. Others, seemed to carry a still mind wherever they were: “Sometimes you just have to breathe and look around you with vulnerable eyes, it doesn’t matter where you are, the only thing that matters is if you have the right mindset.”
