Much has been written about how Social media is redefining ‘social’ and not always to support a still mind. Kerith Lemon’s film ‘A social life’ speaks to these issues in a very accessible way. Take time to watch the film and ask ‘Do I live the life I post?’ A life that is misaligned in terms of the virtual and the physical, is unlikely to support a still mind and may feed the monkey mind.
