Observe what interacting with technology does to you. What do you feel when you check your mail,  when you open Facebook or when you get a notification? For example, many people seem to hold their breath as they check their mail (a phenomenon known as email apnea). Do you like the way you feel? Can you trackback to what causes these feelings? Noticing is a great first step to more conscious screen use.
