We were reminded of this beautiful paragraph from the original Bambi story today by a dear friend. Even though winter is well and truly with us somewhere in the world if not everywhere, we thought this passage always bears reflection; two leaves talk together as the end of their lives apporaches.

Take your self to a quiet spot for 30 minutes and slow read this dialogue. Are you able to stay with the inevitability of change and endings just for 30 minutes today? How does connecting with endings and change help us find stillness in life? You may want to write down your feelings and thoughts as you get to know this passage.
