Today, just observe the  tiny events in each day where balance is lacking. Dropping something on the floor, and getting frustrated. Knocking something over and blaming somebody else nearby, getting angry with somebody who is not driving ‘properly’…all the little annoyances in our day too numerous to count…rather than seek stillness and balance, just note when it is absent and what your mind does with the lack of balance. Just notice the absence of balance.
