You first ask yourself ‘What is my question?’, you might want to start with a question as simple as ‘What should I do?’ The second stage is to repeat the question to yourself as you go through your day and as you pay deep attention to what is going on around you. You are not trying to rationally answer the question, you are just holding the question in your mind as you walk, for example. M Funes
