Watch a 1 minute video which describes the BrainPal app. In an article on TechCrunch the app is summed up like this: “BrainPal combines data from consumer EEG headbands and the Cloudbrain API to show you how your favorite apps really make you feel.” Take some time today to reflect on wether this type of digital help would be useful to you in finding calm and well being. If you have the funds the Muse headband is already available for purchase. Behind all of these ideas and buzz is the very simple and cheap notion that basic biofeedback can help us track the real impact of life on our bodies. There are many apps out there that do this for free.

Just counting your breaths within a fixed period of time can give you very useful information. You have to remember to count or switch on the app!
