Take your  hands off your keyboard two minutes a day. Go from multitasking to simply watching your breath go in and out. This will make you more accurate for the rest of the day, calmer and it only takes two minutes. You would stop in the middle of a busy day if your child needed you? Extend yourself the same care today.
