Online life is always on the move. This can create a feeling of unrest as we always have the feeling that we are missing something. Today we decide it’s okay to miss things! Try it for as long a you can, a minimum of 15 minutes. Start to train yourself to get used to the feeling: I may well be missing out on things at this very moment and that is okay. Turn off wifi while you focus on a task. Leave your smartphone at home if you’re heading out or put it on airplane mode. And as ever, we pay attention to our breathing¬†as we attempt to break habits.
