Take an honest inventory of what’s in your life. Ask yourself if you need all of the things that occupy your attention. Do things like technology or possessions add value or keep you from focusing on what’s important? Practice just holding the question in the background as you go through your day. When we approach our own questions with a spirit of openness, curiosity and not-knowing instead of remaining with the known or trying to solve, the questions themselves can help us find a still point.
