Another inquiry exercise from David Levy for today’s daily stillness; remember that essential step: write some personal guidelines for future use after you have done the experiment a few times today. The idea is to practice being mindful in activity and exercising control of how we tackle a given activity. What is the role of setting and intention to do something fast or slow? What surprised you in doing the experiment? Were you able to follow through or did you forget about the intention as your email habits got going? What can you do differently next time to tech your mind to stay in the activity? Remember the  key instruction from yesterday:  minimise self criticism, just observe and make notes. Review your notes and then create creative guidelines
