Today, more noticing practice: “Set yourself to notice when you walk through doorways, and mark it each time by saying something like ‘I am walking through a doorway’ with a stress on the I.” John Mason The Discipline of noticing  The aim here is to develop the ability to intentionally notice as we go through our day: setting out to look for things, marking their presence and making some kind of record for future reflection. Any process of self development requires we develop disciplined noticing.
